摘要
目的 评估急诊重症监护室患者实施人文关怀护理的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取确诊为急诊重症监护室患者,确诊患者数量为72例,患者的住院时间属于2021年8月至2022年8月,分组应用奇偶法形式,2组均36例,常规护理纳入到对照组之中,人文关怀护理的患者视为观察组,就组间护理前后睡眠质量分值、负性情绪分值、生活质量情况加以比较。结果 (1)护理前睡眠质量分值未可见明显的组间差异性,期间差异性水平较低,P>0.05。观察组的急诊重症监护室护理后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能分值较之于对照组得以降低,能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平,P<0.05。(2)护理前负性情绪分值未可见明显的组间差异性,期间差异性水平较低,P>0.05。观察组的急诊重症监护室护理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪分值较之于对照组得以下降,能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平,P<0.05。结论 急诊重症监护室患者通过人文关怀护理效果确切,能够有效提升患者睡眠及生活质量,患者负性情绪得以有效改善。
Objective To evaluate the application of humanistic care for patients in emergency intensive care unit(ICU)and its impact on their sleep quality.Methods 72 patients were selected from the emergency intensive care unit.The duration of hospitalization was from August 2021 to August 2022.The patients were divided into two groups by using odd even method.Both groups had 36 patients.Routine nursing was included in the control group.The patients receiving humanistic care were regarded as the observation group.The scores of sleep quality,negative emotion and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between groups.Results(1)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between groups,and the level of difference during nursing was low(P>0.05).The scores of sleep quality,time to sleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,and daytime function in the observation group after nursing in the emergency intensive care unit were lower than those in the control group,and significant differences were found between the groups(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative emotion scores between groups,and the difference level was low during the period(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group after nursing in the emergency intensive care unit were lower than those in the control group,and significant differences were found between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care for patients in emergency intensive care unit is definite,which can effectively improve the sleep and life quality of patients,and effectively improve the negativeemotions of patients.
