细节护理在后循环缺血性眩晕患者中的效果观察及有效率分析

Observation of the effect and efficiency analysis of detail care in patients with posterior circulation ischemicvertigo

目的 分析应用细节性护理给后循环缺血性眩晕患者带来的影响。方法 选择2020年7月~2022年7月期间因后循环缺血性眩晕被收入本院的85例患者,以信封法将患者随机分入对照组(45例)与研究组(40例),其中对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展细节性护理。对比两组的症状消退时间以及眩晕障碍评分、每月眩晕发作次数、每次眩晕发作持续时间和生活质量评分在护理实施前后的变化。结果 研究组头晕目眩、恶心呕吐、视物模糊、耳鸣等症状的消退时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。护理实施前,两组的眩晕障碍评分、每月眩晕发作次数、每次眩晕发作持续时间和生活质量评分相近(P>0.05);护理实施后,研究组的眩晕障碍评分比对照组低,每月眩晕发作次数比对照组少,每次眩晕发作持续时间比对照组短,生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 为后循环缺血性眩晕患者应用细节性护理可以改善眩晕障碍问题,加快症状消退,减少眩晕的持续时间和发作次数,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the impact of applying detailing care to patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods Eighty-five patients who were admitted to our hospital for posterior circulation ischemic vertigo between July 2020 and July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(45 patients)and a study group(40 patients)by the envelope method,in which the control group carried out conventional care and the study group carried out detailed care.The time to regression of symptoms and the changes in vertigo disorder score,number of vertigo episodes per month,duration of each vertigo episode and quality of life score before and after the implementation of care were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of symptoms such as dizziness,nausea and vomiting,blurred vision and tinnitus was shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Before the implementation of nursing care,the vertigo disorder score,the number of vertigo episodes per month,the duration of each vertigo episode and the quality of life score were similar in both groups(P>0.05);after the implementation of nursing care,the vertigo disorder score was lower,the number of vertigo episodes per month was less,the duration of each vertigo episode was shorter and the quality of life score was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying detail care for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can improve the problem of vertigo disorder,speed up the fading of symptoms,reduce the duration of vertigo and the number of episodes,and improve the quality of life.
