摘要
目的 讨论综合护理干预在氧气驱动雾化治疗小儿中重度急性喉炎中的应用效果。方法 入选74例小儿中重度急性喉炎患儿主要于2022年1月-2022年9月接受氧气驱动雾化治疗,实施数字随机表法进行分组,随机分为对照组37例与研究组37例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理。观察指标:治疗效果、病情康复时间、家属护理满意度及患儿治疗依从性。结果 研究组治疗效果总有效率的97.3%明显高于对照组的83.78%,P<0.05。研究组各项症状消失时间及总住院治疗时间指标均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。研究组家属护理满意度及患儿治疗依从性指标均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 综合护理干预在氧气驱动雾化治疗小儿中重度急性喉炎中的应用利于辅助治疗取得良好治疗效果,促进病情康复,且可提高患儿依从性及家属护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of moderate and severe acute laryngitis in children with oxygen driven atomization.Methods A total of 74 children with moderate to severe acute laryngitis who received oxygen driven atomization from January 2022 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and study group(37 cases)by digital random table method.The control group implemented routine nursing,the research group implemented comprehensive nursing.Outcome measures:treatment effect,recovery time,nursing satisfaction of family members and treatment compliance of children.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.78%),P<0.05.Symptom disappearance time and total hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The indexes of family nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of moderate and severe acute laryngitis in children with oxygen driven atomization is conducive to the adjuvant therapy to achieve good therapeutic effect,promote the rehabilitation of the condition,and improve the compliance of children and nursing satisfaction of family members.
