区域文化产业下伊犁地方高校创意人才培养优化路径探索

Exploration on the Optimization Path of Creative Talents Training in Yili Local Colleges and Universities Under the Regional Cultural Industry

伊犁文化创意产业正步入向高质量、高层次和精细化发展的转型期。创意人才匮乏成为制约其发展的突出问题。高校是文化创意人才重要培养皿。伊犁地方高校大力加强文化创意产业人才培养,不仅是落实文化润疆工程的重要举措,也是服务地方建设的应有之义。针对目前学科定位、特色办学与市场转化等方面出现的问题,伊犁地方高校可通过特色化课程体系建设、文化创意产品案例库建设和深化产学研合作等方面促进创意人才培养改革,提升人才培养质量。

Yili cultural and creative industry is stepping into a transition period to high-quality,high-level and refined development,while the lack of creative talents has become a prominent problem restricting its development.Colleges and universities are important petri dishes for cultivating cultural and creative talents.Yili local colleges and universities vigorously strengthen the training of cultural and creative industry talents,which is not only the measures to implement the project of cultural replenishment of Xinjiang,but also the integral aspect to serve the local construction.In view of the current problems in aspects such as disciplinary positioning,characteristics of school running and market transformation and so on,local colleges and universities in Yili can promote the reform of creative talent training and enhance the quality of talents training through the construction of characteristic curriculum system,case database of cultural and creative products,and the deepening of industry-university-research cooperation.
