Research on the Intelligent Path of Rural Governance Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略背景下的城乡之间的差距逐渐缩小,“互联网+”、大数据、云计算等技术的驱动下乡村治理逐渐展现智能化特征。为进一步推进乡村治理智能化建设水准,突破乡村治理智能化建设治理观念保守、基础建设薄弱、顶层化设计缺乏、系统协调不畅、专业技术支撑不足等困境,可以通过强化创新治理思维、加强基础设施建设、搭建完善系统框架、发挥技术支撑优势等针对性措施为乡村治理智能化赋能助力。

In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the gap between urban and rural areas has gradually narrowed,and rural governance has gradually shown obvious intelligent characteristics driven by“Internet plus”,big data,cloud computing and other technologies.In order to further promote the intelligent construction level of rural governance and break through the challenges of conservative governance concepts,weak infrastructure,lack of top-level design,poor system coordination and insufficient professional technical support in the intelligent construction of rural governance,targeted measures such as strengthening innovative governance thinking,enhancing infrastructure construction,building and improving the system framework and leveraging technological support advantages are proposed to empower and assist the intelligent construction of rural governance.
