摘要
对86名大学生进行为期8周的正念课程教学,并在课程结束后6周进行回访,探索正念课程在提升大学生幸福感、心理健康水平、学业目标方面的表现,分析正念课程的接受性和有效性。研究表明,经过正念课程训练后,大学生的心理健康和幸福感有明显改善,学生的学业目标取向有明显改善。可见,基于正念的干预课程对大学生的心理健康和幸福感具有积极价值,并且,正念课程是大学生可以接受和有效的。
This study conducts an 8-week mindfulness course for 86 college students,and makes a fellow-up with them 6 weeks after the completion of the course,to explore the performance of the mindfulness course in improving college students’happiness,mental health,and academic goals as well as to analyze the acceptability and effectiveness of the course.The result indicates that there is a significant improvement in the students’mental health,well-being and academic goals.So,there is a positive value for the intervention course based on mindfulness and this kind of course is acceptable and effective for college students.
