电针风池穴对颈性高血压模型兔血清肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统指标的影响

Effect of electroacupuncture at "Feng-Chi" acupoint on serum renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system indicators in rabbits with cervical hypertension

摘要 目的探讨电针风池穴对颈性高血压模型兔血清肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)指标的影响,明确其作用机理。方法将18只家兔随机分为正常组、模型组和电针组,每组6只,模型组和电针组家兔建立颈性高血压模型。电针组家兔给予电针风池穴治疗,模型组和正常组家兔仅给予相同时间的固定。检测各组家兔体质量、平均动脉血压(MAP)及血清血管紧张素原(AGT)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平。结果造模后4 d,模型组家兔体质量较正常组明显降低[(2371.00±73.11)g比(2508.33±97.78)g,P<0.05];造模后7 d,模型组家兔体质量明显低于正常组及电针组[(2480.83±82.64)g比(2651.00±97.54)g、(2625.83±138.56)g,P<0.05]。治疗结束后,电针组家兔MAP较治疗前明显降低[(81.40±4.04)mmHg比(89.40±6.19)mmHg,P<0.05],且优于模型组[(81.40±4.04)mmHg比(91.50±6.86)mmHg,P<0.05]。治疗结束后,与正常组比较,模型组家兔血清AGT[(126.82±43.95)pg/mL比(71.81±17.40)pg/mL]、ALD[(160.07±38.14)pg/mL比(103.33±29.83)pg/mL]及NE[(32.34±12.49)pg/mL比(19.29±4.48)pg/mL]含量均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);电针组家兔ALD水平明显低于模型组[(116.32±36.86)pg/mL比(160.07±38.14)pg/mL,P<0.05]。结论电针风池穴可有效改善颈性高血压模型兔血压,其降压作用可能与调控血清RAAS系统,降低家兔血清ALD含量,抑制AGT、AngⅡ及NE过度分泌有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at"Feng-chi"(GV20)acupoint on serum renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)in rabbits with cervical hypertension,and clarify its mechanism.Methods Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into normal,model,and EA groups,with six rabbits in each group.Cervical hypertension models were established in rabbits in the model and EA groups.Rabbits in the EA group received EA at Feng-chi acupoint,while rabbits in the model and normal groups were only fixed for the same time.Body weight,mean arterial blood pressure(MAP),serum levels of angiotensinogen(AGT),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),aldosterone(ALD),and norepinephrine(NE)were measured in each group.Results Four days after modeling,the body weight of rabbits in the model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group[(2371.00±73.11)g vs.(2508.33±97.78)g,P<0.05].Seven days after modeling,the body weight of rabbits in the model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group and the EA group[(2480.83±82.64)g vs.(2651.00±97.54)g,(2625.83±138.56)g,P<0.05].After treatment,the MAP in rabbits of the EA group was significantly lower than that before treatment[(81.40±4.04)mmHg vs.(89.40±6.19)mmHg,P<0.05],and it was higher than that of the model group[(81.40±4.04)mmHg vs.(91.50±6.86)mmHg,P<0.05].After treatment,the serum levels of AGT[(126.82±43.95)pg/mL vs.(71.81±17.40)pg/mL],ALD[(160.07±38.14)pg/mL vs.(103.33±29.83)pg/mL]and NE[(32.34±12.49)pg/mL vs.(19.29±4.48)pg/mL]in rabbits of the model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the serum level of ALD in rabbits of the EA group was significantly lower than that of the model group[(116.32±36.86)pg/mL vs.(160.07±38.14)pg/mL,P<0.05].Conclusion EA at"Feng-chi"acupoint can effectively improve the blood pressure of rabbits with cervical hypertension.Its antihypertensive effect may be related to the regulation of the serum RAAS system,the reduction of serum ALD content in rabbits,and the inhibition of the excessive secretion of AGT,Ang II,and NE.
