超重对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者不良结局影响的元分析

Meta analysis of the Effects of Overweight and Obesity on Adverse Outcomes of COVID-19

摘要 本文通过系统评价探讨了超重人群与正常人群患新型冠状病毒肺炎后严重程度的差异,为特殊人群的传染病预防提供了依据。我们搜集新冠肺炎与超重的相关文献,并进行了提取材料、筛选文献和交叉核对,最终决定了纳入的文献;通过Stata软件对纳入的文献进行元分析,使用随机效应模型计算OR值与95%置信区间,并利用亚组分析来研究其它变量的影响。结果显示,超重人群患新冠肺炎导致危重症的风险是正常人群的2.18倍,死亡的风险是正常人群的1.43倍。亚组分析表明,亚洲地区超重人群患新冠肺炎并导致危重症的风险高于欧美地区;超重的男性患新冠导致危重症的风险比正常人群更高;肥胖程度越高,患新冠并导致危重症的风险也越高。此外,超重与肥胖是一个独立于年龄、性别、高血压、糖尿病的危险因素。 This study systematically evaluated the differences in the severity of COVID-19 between overweight/obese individuals and those with normal weight,providing a basis for the prevention of infectious diseases in special populations.Relevant literature on COVID-19 and overweight/obesity was collected,and material extraction,literature screening,and cros-cheeking were conducted to determine the included studies.Meta-analysis of the included literature was performed using Stata software,calculating odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)using a random-effects model.and subgroup analysis was employed to investigate the influence of other variables.The results showed that overweight/obese individuals with COVID-19 had a 2.18 times higher risk of developing severe ilness and a 1.43 times higher risk of death compared to those with normal weight.Subgroup analysis revealed that in Asia.overweight/obese individuals with COVID-19 were at a higher risk of developing severe ilness compared to those in Europe and the Americas.Moreover,overweight males had a higher risk of severe ilness from COVID-19 compared to individuals with normal weight.and the risk of severe ilness inereased with higher levels of obesity.Additionally.overweight and obesity were identified as independent risk factors for severe outcomes,irrespetive of age.gender.hypertension,or diabetes.
