融媒体时代高校图书馆阅读推广存在的不足及优化策略

Deficiencies in and Optimization Strategies for Reading Promotion in University Libraries in the Era of Integrated Media

科技的发展促成了媒体融合,高校图书馆阅读推广工作中,恰当使用融媒体能更好地培养大学生的阅读能力,增强人文素养,完善知识架构。当前高校图书馆的阅读推广存在一些不足之处,如阅读推广力度不够,仅在特定日子荐书;数字资源有待筛查、整合、共享;未能有效地满足、引导读者的需求;缺少专门的融媒体建设团队;领导重视不足,设施建设不够等。优化策略是:积极丰富资源储量,大力推广数字阅读;数字阅读资源繁杂,应谨慎鉴别、甄选、导读;有的放矢推广阅读,满足读者个性化需求;建立培训机制,组建专业团队;重视阅读推广工作,完善工作机制和设施建设等。

The development of technology has facilitated media integration.Appropriate use of integrated media in reading promotion in university libraries can better cultivate college students'reading ability,enhance their humanistic literacy and complete their knowledge structure.At present,however,there are some deficiencies in reading promotion in university libraries.First,insufficient promotion efforts are made,or books are recom⁃mended only on some specific days.Second,digital resources are not screened,integrated,or shared.Third,readers'needs are not effectively met or guided.Fourth,there are not enough specialized teams for construction of integrated media.Fifth,there is inadequate attention from leaders,insufficient facility construction and so on.The optimization strategies are proposed as following.First,resource reserves are actively enriched,and digital reading is vigorously promoted.Second,complex digital reading resources are carefully identified,selected,and guided.Third,targeted reading is promoted to meet the personalized needs of readers.Fourth,training mecha⁃nisms are established and professional teams are built.Fifth,more attention is paid to reading promotion,and working mechanisms and facility construction are perfected,etc.
