摘要
针对邮轮主机正常运转排气时对排气消声器的声学性能及空气动力性能的要求,以某型邮轮烟囱排气消声器为研究对象,基于主机排气噪声源特性开展声场、流场特性分析,对比多个方案结果表明,当消声器内插管孔隙率不变,仅改变孔径大小及数量对消声器声学性能几乎没有影响;适当减小孔径大小并增加孔径数量可以有效改善消声器流场性能,以保证主机正常运作的经济性和动力性。
Aiming at the requirements of acoustic performance and aerodynamic performance of the exhaust muffler when the main engine of a cruise ship is operating normally,the acoustic field and flow field characteristics of the exhaust muffler of a certain cruise ship chimney were analyzed based on the characteristics of the exhaust noise source of the main engine.The results of comparing several schemes showed that only changing the size and number of holes has little effect on the acoustic performance of the muffler when the porosity of the cannula in the muffler remains unchanged;reducing the aperture size and increasing the number of apertures can effectively improve the flow field performance of muffler,so as to ensure the economy and power of the normal operation of the main engine.
