木醋液对羊肚菌菌丝体生长的影响

The Effect of Wood Vinegar on the Growth of Morchella Esculenta Mycelium

木醋液不但能促进植物生长,还能提高产量和品质,它的原料为农林废弃物,是一种新型的农业生产资料。本文以3个羊肚菌菌株为试材,分别研究了3种木醋液的不同浓度对其菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明,木醋液浓度为0.2%时,能较好地促进3个羊肚菌菌株的菌丝、菌球生长,随着木醋液浓度的增加,菌液pH降低,会抑制其生长,以期为羊肚菌营养袋生产中应用农林废弃物替代小麦提供科学依据。

Wood vinegar not only promotes plant growth,but also increases yield and quality.Its raw material is agricultural and forestry waste,which is a new type of agricultural production material.This article uses three strains of Morchella as test materials to study the effects of different concentrations of three types of wood vinegar on their mycelial growth.The results showed that when the concentration of wood vinegar was 0.2%,it could effectively promote the growth of hyphae and balls of three strains of Morchella.With the increase of wood vinegar concentration,the pH of the fungus solution decreased,which would inhibit its growth.This is to provide scientific basis for the future application of agricultural and forestry waste instead of wheat in the production of Morchella nutritional bags.
