数字普惠金融、互联网普及率及居民消费

Digital Inclusive Finance Internet Penetration and Household Consumption

摘要 居民消费是促进经济增长的重要推动力,数字普惠金融对促进居民消费、缩小城乡及区域消费差距的效果及其传导机制值得研究。文章运用2011年至2020年间我国30个省份的省际面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型分析数字普惠金融对居民消费水平及城乡消费差距的影响,并以区域、城乡两类角度分析该影响的异质性,此外,对互联网普及率在影响过程中产生的中介效应进行讨论。研究认为,数字普惠金融可以在促进居民消费提升的同时抑制城乡居民消费差距,但该影响具有区域异质性,在东部地区表现更为明显,其中数字普惠金融对居民消费水平的影响同时具有城乡异质性,除西部地区外,相比城市居民,数字普惠金融对农村居民消费的促进作用更加明显,互联网普及率在数字普惠金融影响过程中起部分中介作用。据此,提出完善数字普惠金融基础设施建设,提高互联网普及率,加强金融基础知识教育的政策建议。 The development of Digital Inclusive Finance has an important impact on promoting household consumption and closing the consumption gap between urban and rural areas.Using the interprovincial panel data of 30 provinces in our country from 2011 to 2020,construct a two-factor fixed-effect model to analyze the impact and heterogeneity of Digital Inclusive Finance on household consumption level and urban-rural consumption gap,furthermore,the intermediary effect of Internet penetration in the process of influence is discussed.The study found that Digital Inclusive Finance had a stronger effect on overall household consumption in the eastern region than in the Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships region,and had no significant impact on urban areas in the central region and rural areas in the Western Region,but the development of Digital Inclusive Finance in all regions can curb the urban-rural consumption gap.Internet penetration played a part in mediating the financial impact of Digital Inclusive Finance.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on improving the construction of Digital Inclusive financial infrastructure,increasing the internet penetration rate and strengthening the education of financial basic knowledge.
