基于助推理论的天然气站场安全生产模式构建与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF WORK SAFETY MODE FOR NATURAL GAS STATION BASED ON NUDGE THEORY

为探索安全生产管理模式,从而为天然气站场安全生产管理提供新的思路和方法,将助推理论引入到天然气站场安全生产中。首先探讨影响天然气站场安全生产的因素,其次分析助推理论对站场中人行为意向的影响,第三建立基于助推理论的安全生产模式,最后以某天然气站场为实例进行验证。结果表明:助推理论的应用促进了站场安全生产管理水平的提高,推动了人员安全意识的提升,助力了站场安全生产,可以为其他站场安全生产管理提供参考和借鉴。

In order to explore the work safety management mode and provide new ideas and methods for the work safety management of natural gas station,the nudge theory was introduced into the work safety of natural gas station.Firstly,the factors affecting the work safety of natural gas station were discussed.Secondly,the influence of the nudge theory on people’s behavior intentions in natural gas station was analyzed.Then,the work safety mode based on nudge theory was established.Finally,this mode was verified through application in a natural gas station.The results showed that the application of nudge theory has promoted the improvement of the work safety management of the station,and boosted the personnel safety awareness,and contributed to the station work safety.This can provide reference for the work safety management of other stations.
