摘要
探究了车内空气质量测试方法标准HJ/T 400-2007《车内挥发性有机物及醛酮类物质测样测定方法》中不同准备阶段时间和封闭阶段时间对车内空气质量测试结果的影响。试验结果表明:准备时间从6 h增加到32 h,车内空气质量中各VOC物质浓度总体呈现降低趋势,甲醛、苯、乙苯和苯乙烯的初始浓度低,随准备时间的延长迅速达到平衡状态,封闭时间从16 h延长到32 h,苯乙烯、乙苯及苯的浓度变化不大,甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、乙醛及TVOC的浓度逐渐增加。
This paper explored the influence of different preparation time and closed stage time on the air quality test results inside the car in HJ/T 400-2007“Method for Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds and Aldehydes and Ketones in the Car”.The experimental results show that when the preparation time increases from 6h to 32h,the concentration of VOC substances in the air quality of the vehicle generally shows a decreasing trend.The initial concentrations of formaldehyde,benzene,ethylbenzene and styrene were low,and reached equilibrium rapidly with the extension of preparation time.With the extension of the blocking time from 16h to 32h,the concentration of styrene,ethylbenzene and benzene changed little,and the concentration of toluene,xylene,formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and TVOC increased gradually.
