现代学徒制导师团队机制的构建——以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例

摘要 专业升级推动酒店管理与数字化运营专业必须在人才培养模式上紧跟酒店行业发展步伐。现代学徒制是校企深度合作进行人才培养的典范,其中构建导师团队机制无疑将成为酒店管理与数字化运营专业现代学徒制人才培养质量的核心。本文借鉴研究生培养“集体导师制”,细化现代学徒人才培养模式的“双导师制”,从导师团队遴选、培养、建设及考核等环节探索导师团队优化的路径,从而推动酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养高质量发展。 Professional upgrading to promote hotel management and digital operation majors must keep up with the pace of hotel industry development in personnel training mode.Modern apprenticeship is a model of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate talents,among which the construction of mentor team mechanism will undoubtedly become the core of the quality of modern apprenticeship talent training for hotel management and digital operation majors.This paper draws lessons from the"collective tutor system"of graduate training,and details the"dual-mentor system"of modern apprentice talent training mode,and establishes rules and regulations from the links of the selection,training,construction and assessment of tutor team.Follow the trend of digitalization and big data penetration and coverage in all fields and disciplines,so as to promote the high-quality development of hotel management and digital operation.
