摘要
以某高校2023级新生为调研对象,通过了解考生志愿填报选择学校的主要因素、考生选择专业的主要因素、考生获取报考信息的主要途径、考生志愿填报的关键时间节点等信息,发现当前考生对高校专业优势、新媒体舆论导向、职业生涯规划等因素关注度明显提高,提出高校在招生过程中要更加突出招生专业宣传、拓展新媒体招生途径、将招生宣传与中学生涯规划教育进行结合等应对策略,以期为高校提高招生宣传实效提供借鉴。
Taking 2023 freshmen of a university as the research object,through understanding the main factors of students’college application for choosing schools,the main factors of the students’choosing majors,the main ways of the students’obtaining the information of applying for the examination and the key time nodes of college application,etc.,it is found that the current students’attention to the professional advantages of colleges and universities,the orientation of the public opinion of the new media and the factors of the career planning have significantly increased,and some coping strategies are put forward that the colleges and universities in the admissions process should pay more attention to the promotion of admissions majors,expand new media admissions channels,and combine admissions promotion with middle school career planning education,to provide reference for colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of admissions promotion.
