公众对媒体的刻板印象与媒介化治理路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 公众对媒体的刻板印象是风险事件发生的心理诱因之一。在风险事件中,公众的认知偏见来源于媒体的经验化叙事,而象征性符号体认则唤醒了公众记忆,恰恰是功能型的媒体框架加深了公众对媒体的刻板印象。其中,社会治理实践与公众刻板印象的内在逻辑体现在信息不对称促使刻板印象固化、价值不对接导致公众情绪堆积、话语表达不畅催生多方信任风险等三个方面。实施媒介化治理,将媒介系统嵌入社会治理系统,消解刻板印象、建立共识,应强调多主体参与,以媒介技术对公众参与“事件”赋权,建构主体协同式的媒介化情境,应用对话式的报道框架。 Public stereotype of the media is one of the psychological triggers of risk events.In risk events,the public’s cognitive bias comes from the media’s empirical narratives,while symbolic embodiment and the symbolic recognition of symbols awakens the public’s memory,and it is precisely the functional media frames that deepen the public’s stereotype of the media.It is the functional media framing that reinforces the stereotypes of the media.In particular,social governance practices and public stereotypes The internal logic between social governance practices and public stereotypes is reflected in three aspects:information asymmetry contributes to the solidification of stereotypes,value mismatch leads to the accumulation of public emotions,and poor discourse expression creates risks of trust among multiple parties.To implement mediated governance embed the media system into the social governance system dissolve stereotypes and build consensus we should emphasize the participation of multiple subjects empower the public to participate in‘events’with media technology construct a collaborative mediated situation and apply a dialogic reporting framework.
