摘要
针对废弃危机矿山尾矿,特别是尾矿渗滤液污染地下水、河流及周边土壤的问题,采用注浆成墙工艺阻滞渗滤液渗漏,为此研制一种防渗性能好、凝结时间可控、结石体强度高、绿色环保的新型防渗浆液。新型防渗浆液的配方为0.08%ZA+85%硅酸盐水泥+15%粉煤灰+1.20%ZB。经测试新型防渗浆液的可泵期、初凝时间、终凝时间、析水率均满足设计要求;结石体强度、渗透系数等性能均能满足防渗墙性能要求。
In response to the problem of abandoned crisis mine tailings,especially the pollution of groundwater,rivers,and surrounding soils by tailings leachate,a new type of anti-seepage slurry with good performance,controllable setting time,high strength of stone body and green environmental protection is developed by using the grouting wall to block the leakage of leachate.The formula of the new anti-seepage slurry is 0.08%ZA,85%portland cement,15%fly ash,and 1.2%ZB.The pumpability period,initial setting time,final setting time,and water precipitation rate of the new anti-seepage slurry all meet the design requirements after test,and the strength and permeability coefficient of the stone body can meet the performance requirements of the anti-seepage wall.
