玄武岩机制砂混凝土抗压性能试验及配比优化研究

摘要 结合云南省杨柳至宣威高速公路项目隧道洞碴为玄武岩的实际情况,以抗压强度作为评价指标,采用正交试验方法对玄武岩机制砂混凝土配比进行了优化,以明确玄武岩代替天然砂的最优配比。结果表明:当水胶比0.35、粉煤灰掺量5%、钢渣掺量10%、机制砂替代率50%、砂率43%时,在养护28 d后,混凝土的抗压强度为59.9 MPa,满足C50混凝土的要求;通过有效控制各掺量比例,可保证混凝土力学性能和工作性能最优。为类似的工程施工建设提供了参考。 In response to the actual situation that the tunnel debris in Section 2 of the expressway project from Yangliu to Xuanwei,Yunnan province,is basalt,the compressive strength is used as the evaluation index,and the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the proportioning of basalt machine-made sand concrete.The optimal proportioning of replacing the natural sand by basalt is determined,and the results show that the compressive strength of the concrete after 28 days of curing is 59.9 MPa,which meets the requirements of C50 concrete,when the water cement ratio is 0.35,the fly ash content is 5%,the steel slag content is 10%,the replacement rate of machine-made sand is 50%,and the sand rate is 43%.By effectively controlling the proportioning of each admixture,the optimal mechanical and working performance of concrete can be ensured,providing necessary references for similar engineering construction.
