高职院校劳动美育的逻辑依据、理路设计与实践创新

摘要 针对当前高职院校劳动教育与美育“两张皮”的现实问题,采用质性研究法,以立德树人根本任务落实、全面发展人才目标实现以及五育并举教育治理等为依据,提出劳动美育理念。通过拓展从独立到协同的系统化教育资源,重塑从实用到审美的立体化课程体系,完善从单一到多元的发展性评价模式等方面,创新具有高职院校特色的劳动美育实践,为提升人才培养质量,增强育人成效提供借鉴。 In response to the current problem of the“two skins”of labor education and aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges,the qualitative research method is used to put forward the concept of labor aesthetic education based on the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,the realization of the goal of comprehensive development of talents and the modern education governance of five-education.By expanding the systematic education resources from independence to coordination,reshaping the three-dimensional curriculum system from practicality to aesthetics,and improving the development evaluation mode from single to multiple,the labor aesthetic education practice with the characteristics of vocational colleges is innovated to provide reference for improving the quality of talent training and enhancing the effect of education.
