正交设计研究复合添加剂对卷烟包灰性能的影响

摘要 利用正交设计对无机盐包灰助剂、纳米材料和天然多糖类物质进行复配,优化得到最佳复配,并采用极差分析,多因素方差分析和简单相关分析法研究复合添加剂对包灰值、灰度值、碳化圈宽度、锥高、锥顶角和锥面积的影响。最后研究了最佳添加量情况下添加剂对烟气指标和感官的影响。结果表明:(1)通过极差分析得出了复合添加剂组分的最优的复配比例:罗汉果多糖(2.0%)、磷酸氢二钠(2.0%)、纤维素纳米纤维CNFs(1.5%)。(2)多因素方差分析结果表明,3个材料对卷烟包灰性能影响顺序为:罗汉果多糖>磷酸氢二钠>CNFs。(3)由简单相关性分析表明,罗汉果多糖的浓度与包灰值、灰度值都呈极显著负相关,CNFs和磷酸氢二钠的浓度与包灰值、灰度值无明显相关性。(4)烟气分析结果表明,添加最优添加剂配方的卷烟样品烟气指标变化幅度不大,与对照组无显著变化。(5)感官评吸结果表明,添加最优添加剂配方后卷烟香气量增加,余味较好,燃烧性变好,烟灰变白,对卷烟风味无明显改变。 In this paper,the orthogonal design was employed to obtain the optimal combination ratio of the inorganic salt ash integration additives,nanomaterials and natural polysaccharides.The effect of combined additives on ash integration value,gray value,cone height,cone apex angle and carbonation circle width were analyzed by analysis of variance and simple correlation analysis.The results showed that:(1)Through range analysis,the optimal composition ratio of the compound additives was obtained:Siraitia grosvenori polysaccharide 2.0%,disodium hydrogen phosphate 2.0%,and cellulose nanofibers CNFs 1.5%.(2)The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that the order of influence of three materials on the properties of cigarette package ash was as follows:Siraitia grosvenori polysaccharide>disodium hydrogen phosphate>CNFs.(3)The simple correlation analysis showed that the polysaccharide was negatively correlated with the ash packing value and gray value,while the concentration of CNFs and disodium hydrogen phosphate had no significant correlation with the ash integration value and gray value.(4)The smoke analysis results showed that the chemical specification of cigarette samples added the optimal combined additives was not significantly different from that in the control group.(5)The results of sensory evaluation showed after the cigarettes was added the combined additives,aroma amount was increased,the aftertaste was good,the burning property was better,the ash was getting more white,while the cigarette flavor was not changed significantly.
