摘要
造纸机械中电力传动机构的传动点数量多,控制难度较大,故提出基于模糊神经网络的造纸机械电力传动控制系统设计研究。硬件设计,包括电力传动控制结构设计单元、电力传动速度测量传感器设计单元与电力传动控制器设计单元,软件设计,包括模糊神经网络控制模型构建模块、电力传动速度控制实现模块与电力传动张力控制实现模块。通过硬件单元与软件模块的联合应用共同实现造纸机械电力传动的控制。实验数据显示:应用设计系统获得的电力传动点速度控制结果与期望速度相同,电力传动点张力控制结果与期望张力相同,充分证实了设计系统应用性能较佳。
The number of transmission points in the electric transmission mechanism of papermaking machinery is numerous,making control difficult.Therefore,a design and research on the electric transmission control system of papermaking machinery based on fuzzy neural network is proposed.Hardware design,including power transmission control structure design unit,power transmission speed measurement sensor design unit,and power transmission controller design unit,software design,including fuzzy neural network control model construction module,power transmission speed control implementation module,and power transmission tension control implementation module.The joint application of hardware units and software modules is used to achieve the control of electrical transmission in papermaking machinery.The experimental data shows that the speed control result of the electric power transmission point obtained by the application design system is the same as the expected speed,and the tension control result of the electric power transmission point is the same as the expected tension,fully confirming that the application performance of the design system is better.
