摘要
为实现对造纸机械不同故障运行状态的诊断与监测,提出一种基于振动分析的造纸机械故障诊断及监测方案。方案通过采用时域分析方法分析出造纸机械振动信号波峰值、均方根值、峭度、裕度、波形,确定造纸机械是否发生故障,并采用快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform, FFT)确定造纸机械故障位置和类型,实现了造纸机械故障诊断与监测。仿真结果表明,所提方案可实现对仿真信号、模拟试验台和实际造纸机械轴承滚体表面故障、内圈故障、外圈故障等不同类型和位置的故障进行诊断与监测,具有一定的可行性、有效性和实用性,为造纸机械故障诊断和监测提供了参考。
To achieve diagnosis and monitoring of different fault operating states of paper machinery,a paper machinery fault diagnosis and monitoring scheme based on vibration analysis is proposed.The scheme uses time-domain analysis method to analyze the peak,root mean square,kurtosis,margin,and waveform of the vibration signal of paper machinery,determine whether there is a fault in the paper machinery,and uses Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)to determine the location and type of the fault in the paper machinery,achieving fault diagnosis and monitoring of paper machinery.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can diagnose and monitor diferent types and positions of faults such as simulation signals,simulation test benches,and actual paper machinery bearing surface faults,inner ring faults,outer ring faults,etc.It has certain feasibility,effectiveness,and practicality,and provides a reference for paper machinery fault diagnosis and monitoring.
