服务于利用是高校档案价值的重要体现。在高校大型活动中,要积极做好高校馆藏档案的开发与利用,树立主动服务意识,提高综合服务能力,注重特色档案收集,加大档案征集力度,彰显档案资料充分展示、有效保障、深度拓展、积极补充等价值,践行档案部门的责任与担当。

Service in utilization is an important embodiment of the value of college archives.In large-scale activities in colleges,it is necessary for us to develop and utilize archives collection of colleges actively,establish initiative service consciousness and enhance comprehensive service capabilities.At the same time,we'd better pay attention to the collection of characteristic archives,reinforce the collection of archives,highlight the value of archives in full display,effective protection,in-depth expansion and active supplement,and fulfll the responsibilities of archives department.
