妊娠期糖尿病免疫相关发病机制的研究进展

Research progress on immune-related pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus

妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期最常见的并发症之一,严重危害母婴健康,其发病率在全球范围内逐渐增加。研究发现,除胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能障碍外,机体免疫失调在GDM发病过程中起重要作用。本文就常见免疫细胞参与GDM病理生理过程的最新研究进行综述,以探究与GDM发生发展相关的免疫细胞功能变化,为防治GDM提供参考。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of the most common complications of pregnancy,which seriously endangers the health of mothers and infants.Its incidence is gradually increasing worldwide.Research has found that,in addition to insulin resistance and pancreaticβ-cell dysfunction,immune disorders play an important role in the pathogenesis of GDM.This study reviews the recent research on the involvement of common immune cells in the pathophysiological process of GDM to explore the functional changes of immune cells related to the occurrence and development of GDM and provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of GDM.
