摘要
职前教师教学设计能力检核模型主要是依据教学设计的基本理论,采用文献资料编码、行为事件访谈、模糊德尔菲法、问卷调查等技术建构,模型包含6个基本要素和24个能力要点,每个能力要点分别从不合格、合格、良好、卓越4个层级进行解析。职前教师教学设计能力检核模型用指标的形式使职前教师教学设计能力的基本要求更加明晰化、具体化、微观化。职前教师、教师教育任课教师、教学管理者应用职前教师教学设计能力检核模型都有各自不同的价值体现,旨在促进职前教师教学设计能力的发展与提升。
The pre-service teachers’teaching design competence checking model is constructed by using literature data coding,behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey,fuzzy Delphi method and other technologies.The model contains 6 basic elements and 24 competency points,and each competency point is analyzed at 4 levels:unqualified,qualified,good and excellent.The pre-service teachers’teaching design competence checking model makes the basic requirements of pre-service teachers’teaching design ability more clear,concrete and micro in the form of indicators.The application of this model will result in different value demonstrations for pre-sevice teachers,teacher education instructors,and teaching administrators,which is conducive to the development and promotion of pre-service teachers’teaching design ability.
