摘要
炎症是导致动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As)的主要机制之一,单核细胞和巨噬细胞是As炎症反应中关键的驱动因子。多项研究表明表观遗传参与As中的炎症反应。组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)通过调节靶基因的去乙酰化,在单核细胞和巨噬细胞的活化及代谢中发挥重要作用。文章对HDACs在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应中的研究进展进行综述,以为As的预防和治疗提供新的视角与策略。
Inflammation is one of the major mechanisms leading to atherosclerosis(As),and monocytes and macrophages are the key actuators of inflammation in As.Numerous studies have shown epigenetic involvement in the inflammatory response in As.Histone deacetylases(HDACs)play an important role in the activation and metabolism of monocytes and macrophages through regulating the deacetylation of target genes.This paper reviews the research progress of HDACs in atherosclerotic inflammation,which provides a new perspective and strategy for the prevention and treatment of As.
