摘要
以初一年级五个班189名学生为研究对象,采用5×2×2的三因素实验设计,确定体育课中融入健康体适能循环练习的实验方案,共实施8周干预。结果显示:健康体适能循环练习能有效提高课堂运动负荷,增加学生能量消耗,保障体育课运动负荷维持在较为稳定的负荷区间,与对照班存在显著性差异;健康体适能循环练习有助于改善学生身体成分,对提高学生心肺耐力,肌肉力量、肌肉耐力(大强度班)、柔韧度(静立性和PNF拉伸法班)具有积极作用。在性别方面,男生立定跳远改善幅度大于女生,女生柔韧度改善幅度大于男生。
This study treated 189 students from five classes in Grade 7 as research subjects and adopted a three-factor(5×2×2)experimental design with a total of 8-week interference.The findings have shown that the cyclical exercises of health-related physical fitness can effectively improve exercise load in class and increase students’energy consumption so that physical exercise load in class can be maintained at a relatively stable load range.Also there exists a significant difference in all these factors in comparison with those of the control class.Moreover,the cyclical exercises of health-related physical can help improve students’body composition and have a positive effect on improving students’cardio-respiratory endurance,muscle strength,muscular en-durance(high-intensity classes),and flexibility(static standing and PNF stretching classes).In terms of gender,boys’standing long jump has been more improved than girls,while girls’flexibility has been more improved more than boys’.
