大蒜、青菜等蔬菜作物对根际微生物的影响

摘要 大蒜和青菜是重要的蔬菜作物,对土壤微生物群落有着不同的影响。通过Illumina MiSeq测序技术,研究大蒜、青菜等不同蔬菜作物对根际微生物的影响。结果表明:Q (株行距0.1 m×0.3 m,种植青菜)处理土壤细菌群落的多样性和丰度增加,S (株行距0.1 m×0.3 m,种植大蒜)和SC (株行距0.2 m×0.3 m,种植大蒜)处理土壤细菌群落多样性和丰度减小;S和SC处理对细菌β多样性的影响高于Q处理;芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonas)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)为S、SC处理共有的优势菌属,相对丰度显著高于Q处理和CK;芽单胞菌属与Saccharibacteria、Ramlibacter等菌属呈正相关,与黄色类固醇杆菌属(Steroidobacter)、JTB255等菌属呈负相关,对细菌群落构成有重要影响,降低大蒜种植密度可降低芽单胞菌属的相对丰度,合理的大蒜种植密度可起到改善细菌群落结构的作用。综上,该研究对进一步了解蔬菜作物根系微生物群落的作用、活动调控机制以及土传病害与连作障碍的关系具有重要意义。 Garlic and green vegetable are important horticultural crops with different effects on soil microbial communities. In this study, Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used to further investigate the effects of different cultivated crops, such as garlic and cabbage, on rhizosphere microorganisms. Results showed that the Q(green vegetable were colonized at 0.1 m×0.3 m) treatment increases the diversity and abundence of soil microbial communities, S(garlic were colonized at 0.1 m×0.3 m) and SC(garlic were colonized at 0.2 m×0.3 m) tended to reduce soil bacteria community diversity;The effect of S and SC treatment on bacteria β-diversity is higher than Q;Gemmatimonas and Bacillus were the dominant genera shared by S and SC, and their relative abundance was significantly higher than that of Q and CK. Gemmatimonas and Saccharibacteria, Ramlibacter bacteria were positively correlated, and Steroidobacter, JTB255 species showed a negative correlation, and had important effects on bacterial community composition. Reducing the garlic planting density can reduce the relative abundance of bacterium, reasonable garlic planting density can play a role in improving bacterial community structure. To further explore the effects of plant root microbial community, regulation and control mechanism and the soil borne disease activity and the relationship between the continuous cropping obstacle has the vital significance.
