同卵双胎儿童同患头颈部胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤2例

Head neck rhabdomyosarcoma in identical twins:a report of two cases

摘要 横纹肌肉瘤(rhabdomyosarcoma,RMS)是儿童最常见的软组织肉瘤,因其发病率低,临床上少见。本文报道2例双胞胎患儿分别于1岁5个月(哥哥)及5岁(弟弟)时确诊头颈部RMS,其中,哥哥在接受化疗中途因严重并发症放弃治疗后死亡,弟弟在确诊后放弃治疗,出院2个月后死亡。
