摘要
探讨了渗透汽化工艺用于脱硫废水浓缩减量的可行性与工艺优势。结果表明,膜渗透通量最高可达13.8 L/(m^(2)·h),水回收率超70%时膜渗透通量达7.4 L/(m^(2)·h),渗透汽化出水水质稳定,出水电导率<50μS/cm,COD<20 mg/L。同时考察了阻垢剂对膜污染的抑制效果,在50%水回收率之前,阻垢剂的使用使得平均膜渗透通量提升22.5%。
The feasibility and process advantages of pervaporation process for the concentration and reduction of desulfurization wastewater were discussed.The results showed that the membrane permeation flux can reach 13.8 L/(m^(2)·h),and the membrane permeation flux reaches 7.4 L/(m^(2)·h)when the water recovery rate exceeds 70%.The water quality of pervaporation effluent is stable,and the effluent conductivity is<50μS/cm,COD<20 mg/L.At the same time,the inhibition effect of scale inhibitors on membrane fouling was investigated.The use of scale inhibitors before 50%water recovery increased the average membrane permeation flux by 22.5%.
