摘要
重点介绍硫酸钙晶须物化特性及对沥青的改性机理,梳理硫酸钙晶须表面改性、制备工艺及性能方面的研究成果,提出硫酸钙晶须改性沥青存在的问题和未来研究方向,指出未来应重点关注硫酸钙晶须制备工艺、与复合材料增柔增韧研究。最后通过分析磷石膏制备硫酸钙晶须改性沥青的应用优势,对推动磷固废的高附加值利用具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper focuses on the physical and chemical properties of calcium sulfate whiskers and the modification mechanism of asphalt.The research results of surface modification,preparation process and properties of calcium sulfate whiskers are sorted out.The existing problems and future research directions of calcium sulfate whisker modified asphalt are put forward.It is pointed out that the future research should focus on the preparation process of calcium sulfate whiskers and the research on the flexibility and toughening of composite materials.Finally,by analyzing the application advantages of calcium sulfate whisker modified asphalt prepared by phosphogypsum,it has broad application prospects for promoting the high value-added utilization of phosphorus solid waste.
