摘要
基于对品类管理理论及实践的研究,以国内知名航空公司(以下简称“N公司”)为研究对象,通过典型案例分析,探讨了N公司如何应用“品类管理体系机制(PCM-CZ)框架”,从组织与战略、计划与行动、成果与评价三个方面进行品类划分层级,打造科学管控、全面协同、创新增值、绿色低碳的可持续供应链品类管理体系。研究结果表明品类管理在航空企业中的应用具有重要意义。
This study is based on the research on the theory and practice of category management.It takes the well-known domestic aviation company Company N(hereinafter referred to as“Company N”)as the research object.Through typical case analysis,it explores how Company N applies the PCM-CZ framework,and divides categories into different levels from three aspects:organization and strategy,plans and actions,results and evaluation,and creates a sustainable supply chain category management system with scientific management and control,comprehensive collaboration,innovation and value-added,green and low carbon.The research results show that the application of category management in aviation enterprises is of great significance.
