以校企合作共生助推高质量企业职工培训

摘要 随着国家对职业教育的高度重视,职业院校积极开展校企合作、产教融合,根据调查学校和企业各自开展培训工作都存在各自不足的问题,校企双方发挥各自优势,共同打造高水平师资队伍,提升培训管理效率和教学质量,建立高效评价机制,在协同育人中共生共长、合作共赢,助力职工培训工作的可持续性和高质量发展。 As China attaches great importance to vocational education,vocational institutes actively carry out school-enterprise cooperation and integration between industry and education.According to the survey,both schools and enterprises have their own shortcomings in training work.Both schools and enterprises give full play to their respective advantages to jointly build a high-level teacher team,improve the efficiency of training management and teaching quality,establish an efficient evaluation mechanism,and cooperate and grow together in collaborative education,so as to help the sustainable and high-quality development of staff training.
