轧钢酸性废水深度处理回用技术研究

摘要 研究轧钢酸性废水深度处理工艺,采用两级电吸附处理轧钢酸性废水,对氯化物、亚铁离子去除效果良好,产水电导率可降至500μS/cm以下,脱盐率达97%以上,综合产水率达80%以上,产水液碱中和后,水质符合武钢回用水质标准,可进管网回用,减排效果良好,对提高产品市场竞争力和工序清洁生产水平具有重要意义。 This paper studies the deep treatment process of acidic wastewater from steel rolling,which uses two-stage electrosorption treatment,the removal of chloride and fer⁃rous ions is good,the conductivity of the produced water can be reduced to less than 500 uS/cm,the desalination rate reaches more than 97%,and the comprehensive water yield reaches more than 80%.After the alkali neutralization of produced water,the water quality meets the recycled water quality standard of WISCO,and can be reused in the pipeline net⁃work with good emission reduction effect,which is of great significance to improve the com⁃petitiveness of products in the market and the level of clean production of the process.
