摘要
分析了马钢(合肥)公司酸轧、1#和2#连退及镀锌机组操控存在的问题,通过开发数字钢卷、远程支撑、智能模型等构建了马钢(合肥)公司智控中心,促进了产线自动化、智能化提升,实现跨机组、跨系统、跨区域的数据融合和共享。
Some problems existed in the control of acid rolling,1#and 2#continuous annealing and galvanizing units of Maanshan Iron and Steel(Hefei)Company were intro⁃duced,and the Smart Control Center was constructed through the development of digital steel coils,remote support and intelligent models,which promoted the automation and intelli⁃gent enhancement of the production line and realized the data fusion and sharing across the units,systems and regions.
