摘要
目前对于糖尿病肾病(DN)发病机制仍不明确。自噬是真核生物中一种普遍存在的生命现象,其主要功能是通过分解和再利用细胞内的蛋白质以及移除受损的细胞器,以维持细胞内环境的稳态。近期研究显示,自噬在DN发病中具有关键影响。现就自噬在DN中的研究现状进行综述,并对其在DN防治中的作用进行探讨,以期为广泛靶向治疗选择和为临床实践提供更坚实理论基础。
The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy(DN)remains unclear.Autophagy is a ubiquitous life phenomenon in eukaryotes,and its main function is to maintain the homeostasis of intracellular environment by decomposing and reusing intracellular proteins and removing damaged organelles.Recent studies have shown that autophagy could play a key role in the pathogenesis of DN.This paper reviews the current research progress of autophagy in DN,and discusses its prevention and treatment of DN,in order to provide an updated theoretical basis for a wide range of targeted therapy options and related clinical practice.
