摘要
针对某省氢能与可再生能源产业发展规划及弃风率过高的问题,进行风电与氢储能耦合系统优化配置和协同控制策略关键技术研究,形成“新能源发电制氢、余电上网”的离网型风电耦合氢能工程技术方案,指导示范工程的建设和运行,并提出基于站控与能量管理系统的风氢耦合控制策略,探索与电网解耦的可再生能源资源高效利用新途径。
As for the development plan of hydrogen and renewable energy industry and the over values of wind curtailment rate,research is carried out on the configuration optimization of wind power and hydrogen energy storage coupling system and the key technologies for the collaborative control strategy,based on which the"new energy power generation and hydrogen production,with surplus power to the internet"off-grid wind power coupling hydrogen engineering technology scheme is formulated to guide the construction and operation of a demonstration project,and a wind-hydrogen coupling control strategy is put forward based on station control and energy management system so as to explore new ways for the effective utilization of renewable energy resources.
