摘要
针对现有防坠工具的不足,在无需人员登塔预安装及不改变作业人员登塔习惯的前提下,通过无人机运载登塔保护固定支架和安保绳飞至铁塔顶端,利用专门设计的重力自锁紧机械机构,基于实时视频图传的辅助,在塔顶快速安装与拆除固定支架,实现登高防坠全程“可视化+自动化”,有效保障了登塔人员的安全,可应用于输电线路登塔作业。
In allusion to the shortage of existing anti-fall tool types,it is proposed to use UAVs carrying protective fixation brackets and security ropes for tower climbing up to the top of the towers under the premise of no necessity of personnel climbing the towers for pre-installing the protective anti-fall tools and no changes in the operators’tower climbing habits.The method utilizes an engineered gravity-based self-locking mechanism to rapidly install and dismantle the fixation brackets at the top of towers with the aided transmission of realtime video and images,which realizes the"visualization+automation"in the whole process of anti-fall climbing towers,effectively guarantee the safety of the tower personnel,and is applicable for the tower climbing operations on transmission lines.
