老年类风湿关节炎患者营养现状及影响因素分析

An Analysis of Nutritional Status and Influencing Factors in Elderly Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:调查老年类风湿关节炎患者营养现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取贵州中医药大学第二附属医院383例老年类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、健康评估问卷-残疾指数、简易智能精神状态检查量表以及医院焦虑抑郁量表对患者进行调查。结果:383例老年类风湿关节炎患者营养总得分为(9.17±2.54)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭人均月收入、服用疾病相关药物种类、焦虑抑郁和躯体功能是老年类风湿关节炎患者营养现状的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年类风湿关节炎患者发生营养不良或存在营养不良风险的发生率处于较高水平,护理人员应重视老年类风湿关节炎患者的营养状况,早期识别发生营养不良或存在营养不良风险的高危人群并制定有效的预防措施,降低营养不良或营养不良风险的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the nutritional status of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 383 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research subjects.The patients were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,a health assessment questionnaire-disability index,a simplified intelligent mental state examination scale,and a hospital anxiety and depression scale.Results:The total nutritional score of 383 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis was(9.17±2.54).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,monthly average income per family,types of disease-related drugs taken,anxiety and depression,and physical function were influencing factors on the nutritional status of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of malnutrition or the risk of malnutrition in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis is at a high level.Nursing staff should pay attention to their nutritional status,identify high-risk groups early,and develop effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence.
