选区激光熔融Inconel 718的微铣削加工参数优化

摘要 选区激光熔融(SLM)Inconel 718成形件广泛应用于航空航天、汽车轨交和石油化工等领域,但成形件表面精度较差,需通过切削提升表面精度。以表面粗糙度为优化目标,开展了以主轴转速、切削深度、每齿进给量为变量的三因素四水平微铣削正交实验,通过极差分析研究了主轴转速、切削深度及每齿进给量对表面粗糙度影响的显著性。结果表明,在n=15000 r/min、ap=60μm、f=1μm/z的加工参数下,SLM成形件的表面粗糙度值最低。优化后的参数组合为SLM Inconel 718的微铣削加工提供了参考。 Selected Laser Melting(SLM)Inconel 718 formed parts are widely used in aerospace,automotive rail transit,and petrochemical industries,but their surface accuracy is poor and needs to be improved through cutting.Focusing on optimizing surface roughness,a threefactor four-level micro milling orthogonal experiment was conducted with spindle speed,cutting depth,and feed rate per tooth as variables.The significance of the influence of spindle speed,cutting depth,and feed rate per tooth on surface roughness was studied through range analysis.The results showed that under processing parameters of n=15000 r/min,ap=60μm,and f=1μm/z,the surface roughness value of SLM formed parts was the lowest.The optimized parameter combination provides a certain reference for the micro milling processing of SLM Inconel 718.
