基于PLC的汽车涂胶机控制系统设计

摘要 为了提高涂胶质量、保证涂胶均匀,使用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术对汽车涂胶机进行程序设计。利用STEP 7软件编写涂胶机控制程序,在WinCC flexible软件中设计人机界面,在搭建样机并经测试的基础上进行程序与界面优化,以满足实际操作需求。分别对温控部分和气动部分进行检验测试,结果表明,控制系统功能可靠,满足设计要求。 In order to improve the quality of adhesive coating and ensure uniform application,PLC technology was used to program the automotive adhesive coating machine.STEP 7 software was used to write a control program for the adhesive coating machine,and a humanmachine interface was designed in WinCC flexible software;the program and interface was optimized on the basis of building a prototype and testing to meet practical operational requirements.The temperature control part and the pneumatic part were inspected and tested separately,and the results showed that the control system functions were reliable and met the design requirements.
