机械滥用下的锂离子电池热失控研究

摘要 以一款商业化软包电芯为研究对象,进行机械滥用测试中最严苛的针刺试验,研究模组层级的热扩散行为,结果表明电池热量在模组间呈圆弧状面向前蔓延;使用仿真模型对标并通过实验验证模型的准确性,结果表明仿真结果和试验结果基本一致,模型具有较高准确性。总结了某商业化三元电池模组在针刺测试之后的行为,为后续模组及PACK设计提供参考。 Using a commercially pouch battery as the object,the most rigorous test-nail test was carried out to study the thermal propagation behavior at the module level.The results showed that the battery heat propagated forward in an arc pattern in the module.The simulation model was used for benchmarking and the accuracy of the model was verified by the experiment.The result showed that the simulation result was basically consistent with the experimental result,and the model had high accuracy.This study summarized the behavior of a commercial ternary battery module after nail test,and provided theoretical support for the subsequent module and PACK design.
