红色基因融入大学生思政法治教育研究

红色基因是中国特色社会主义道路进程中形成的文化核心和智慧结晶。高校大学生思想政治教育是立德树人、培养社会主义建设者和接班人、继承革命传统赓续红色血脉的重要阵地。法治是大学生思想政治教育课程的重要内容和规范言行的准绳,近代法制史的历程是红色基因延续发扬的基石。法治作为红色文化传承的保障,在大学生思想政治教育中融入红色基因教育有其必然性和价值指导性。推进红色基因在大学生法治思想教育中的融入,需要构建以融入理念的树立、融入方式的创新、融入机制的确立的融入路径框架,助推思政法治教育与红色基因传承有机融合,从而建立红色基因引领法治教育的话语权,实现高校法治教育立德树人的总任务,形成民族复兴、不负韶华、不负时代、不负人民、崇德守法的时代新追求。
