摘要
以新民隧道某连拱小净距隧道工程为例对连拱小净距隧道工程爆破施工的设计和优化进行探索。该隧道地质条件复杂,工程要求严格。针对该隧道特殊条件,在钻爆法开挖进行了爆破施工设计方案的优化,并探讨了爆破振动的校核与控制方法。通过对不同围岩条件的爆破方案优化,降低爆破振动对隧道稳定性的影响,为该工程施工提供了技术支持。
The study delves into the design and optimization of blasting construction using a specific continuous arched small net distance tunnel as a case study.Situated in the central segment of an expressway in the southwest region,the tunnel grapples with intricate geological circumstances and stringent engineering standards.Focusing on the tunnel's unique conditions,an excavation method involving drilling and blasting,along with a comprehensive blasting construction design scheme,are proposed.Additionally,the paper also examines the verification and control methods for managing blasting vibration.By refining blasting strategies tailored to diverse surrounding rock conditions,the adverse impact of blasting vibration on tunnel stability is mitigated,thereby offering vital technical backing for the project's construction.
