摘要
教师是提升全民数字素养的关键助推者,其自身数字素养发展也已成为当前国际教育领域研究的重要课题。微认证作为一种能力本位的教师专业发展模式,对促进教师数字素养自我发展具有重要意义。教师数字素养微认证体系秉持促进教师数字素养自我发展的核心理念,基于教师数字素养行业标准,集“诊、学、测、评”于一体,包括诊断性测评、自主学习、专家评测、呈现反馈等核心模块,能够推动教师数字素养评价方式创新与教师数字素养学习范式变革,实现教师队伍数字素养有效提升与教师发展数字化转型的深入推进。
As the key promoters to improve the digital literacy of the whole people,teachers’own digital literacy development has become an important topic in the field of international education.As a competency-based teachers’professional development model,micro-credentials is of great significance in promoting the self-development of teachers’digital literacy.The micro-certification system of teachers’digital literacy upholds the core concept of promoting the self-development of teachers’digital literacy and builds on the professional standards of teachers’digital literacy integrating the“diagnosis,learning,testing and evaluation”.It includes such core modules as diagnostic test,autonomous learning,expert evaluation and presentation of feedback,which helps to promote the innovation of assessment formats of teachers’digital literacy and the transformation of learning paradigms of teachers’digital literacy,thus realizing the effective improvement of teachers’digital literacy and the deep advancement of digitalized transformation of teachers’development.
