摘要
专业学位研究生教育以实践为导向,目标是培养某一职业领域中能创造性地从事实际工作的高层次复合型应用人才。数字技术的迅猛发展与创新给予了专业学位研究生教育新的动能,提供了新的机遇。数字技术的赋能、内生发展需求的赋能、国家政策的加持等推动专业学位研究生教育数字化转型。数字化转型中的专业学位研究教育目标要从对人才的认知、思维,人才的知识转化、实践能力,专业学位研究生教育生态等方面进行准确定位。实现专业学位研究生数字化转型,要推进教学方式变革,加强数字化课程建设,提升教师队伍数字化素养,创新产教融合机制。
The education of professional degree graduate is practice oriented,with the goal of cultivating high-level composite applied talents who can creatively engage in practical work in a certain professional field.The rapid development and innovation of digital technology have given new impetus and opportunities to the education of professional degree graduate.The digital transformation of professional degree graduate education is promoted by the empowerment of digital technology,the empowerment of endogenous development needs,and the support of national policies.The educational goals of professional degree research in digital transformation should be accurately positioned from the aspects of talent’s cognition,thinking,knowledge transformation and practical ability,and the ecological environment of professional degree graduate education.To achieve the digital transformation of professional degree graduate students,we need to promote the transformation of teaching methods,strengthen the construction of digital courses,enhance the digital literacy of the teaching staff,and innovate the mechanism of industry-education integration.
