摘要
职业院校将劳动教育融入专业教育既是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,又是培养有担当、有责任的新时代劳动者的重要抓手,也是培养创新型人才的重要途径,更是职业教育高质量发展的必然选择。当前,部分职业院校劳动教育融入专业教育存在着重视程度不够、融合形式单一、融合度不够等困境,需要纠正认识偏差、加强重视程度、丰富融合形式、提升融合深度、推进教材开发,不断激发大学生的劳动热情,使职业院校劳动教育与专业教育更好地融合发展。
Integrating labor education into professional education in vocational colleges is not only an important measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education,but also an important lever to cultivate responsible workers in the new era.It is also an important way for vocational education to cultivate innovative talents,and an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of vocational education.At present,there are difficulties in integrating labor education into professional education in some vocational colleges,such as insufficient emphasis,single integration forms,and insufficient integration.It is necessary to correct cognitive biases,strengthen emphasis,enrich integration forms,enhance integration depth,promote textbook development,and continuously stimulate the labor enthusiasm of college students so as to better integrate and develop labor education and professional education in vocational colleges.
