高校治理是现代化社会治理体系的重要单元,校园治理是推动高校高质量发展、内涵式提升的关键路径。而建设高校校园治理共同体是优化治理架构、凸显民主公平的现实选择。现代高校校园治理共同体的伦理起源在于校园各类主体的间性,解决哪些主体存在间性的问题催生了伦理差异,解决主体存在何种间性的问题促进了伦理培育,解决主体间性如何缩小的问题实现了伦理共建。公共性则是育人场景中现代高校校园治理共同体的伦理特性,体现在校园空间内的有机共生、教学关系中的平等共存、风险主体上的责任共担、项目进程中的合作共建等方面。文化性则是文明传承中现代高校校园治理共同体的伦理内蕴,包括以礼为内核的治理观、以公为基准的仁爱观、以和为框架的辩证观。实践性则是现代高校校园治理共同体的伦理价值,应当立足公共性强化思想理念,立足积极性丰富治理主体,立足信任性深化治理规则,立足平衡性优化逻辑结构。

University governance is an important unit of the modern social governance system,and campus governance is a key path to promote the high-quality development and connotative improvement of universities.Building a university campus governance community is a realistic choice to optimize the governance structure and highlight the reality of democracy and fairness.The ethical origin of the university campus governance community in the new era lies in the inter-subjectivity of various actors on campus.Solving the problem of which subjects have inter-subjectivity has given rise to ethical differences,solving the problem of what kind of inter-subjectivity exists has promoted ethical cultivation,and solving the problem of how to narrow inter-subjectivity has realized ethical co-construction.Publicity is the ethical characteristic of the modern university campus governance community in the context of education,which is reflected in the organic symbiosis in campus space,the equal coexistence in teaching relationships,the shared responsibility of risk subjects,and the cooperative co-construction in project processes.Culturality is the ethical connotation of the modern university campus governance community in the process of civilization inheritance,including the governance concept with courtesy as the core,the benevolence concept with publicity as the benchmark,and the dialectical concept with harmony as the framework.Practicality is the ethical value of the modern university campus governance community in the process of modernization construction.It should be based on publicity to strengthen ideological concepts,on positivity to enrich governance subjects,on trust to deepen governance rules,and on balance to optimize logical structures.
