摘要 “共振·共融·共生”职业院校产教融合学习生态是基于“政行企校”一体化育人的基础上形成的。结合区域办学实际,在“三教”改革、产教融合、科教融汇和名师引领四个政策点上发力,搭建政行企校“共振”育人平台,培养学生产教融合学习观念;组建产学研用“共融”师资队伍,培养学生科教融汇学习习惯;推行产学研用“共生”课程体系,培养学生产教融合学习能力,从而优化职业院校产教融合学习生态,引导职业教育服务支撑产业发展和科技进步,积极推动职业教育高质量发展。 The “resonance,integration and symbiosis”learning ecology of production-education integration in vocational colleges is formed based on the integration of “government,administration,enterprise,and school”education.Based on the actual situation of regional education,efforts will be made in such four policy points as“three education”reform,production-education integration,science-education integration,and guidance from renowned teachers to build a “resonance”education platform for government,administration,enterprise,and school so as to cultivate students' learning concept of production-education integration,establish a “integrated”teaching team for roduction,learning,research and application so as to cultivate students' learning habits of science-education integration,promote the “symbiotic”curriculum system of production,learning,research and application to cultivate students' learning ability of production-education integration so as to optimize learning ecology of production-education integration in vocational colleges,guiding vocational education services to support industrial development and technological progress,and actively promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
